The Milton-Fuller Housing Corporation, Owner
A community-based, not-for-profit organization that is as concerned about
your happiness as you are.
MFHC was incorporated in 1997 to ensure that the Fuller Village project was developed to
meet the growing needs of the senior population within and beyond the Milton community.
The capable leadership and active involvement of its Board of Directors provide a strong
foundation for both the development and long-term management of Fuller Village.
Our Board is comprised of prominent and well-respected citizens. Each member has a
wealth of professional and business experience and brings their individual expertise,
energy and commitment to the project. MFHC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
A commitment to making our community more accessible, to more people.
The Board of Directors is dedicated to making Fuller Village a more affordable place to
live for those who need financial assistance. As part of our mission, 25 percent of all the
residences at Fuller Village are offered at a discounted refundable life-time lease deposit.
We also offer discounted monthly fees to residents that fall within certain income and asset
guidelines. In addition, there are a few rental units that also have been discounted to income
eligible applicants. |
