Both of these vibrant neighborhoods are just steps away from each other, and both are completely maintenance-free, enhanced with lush landscaping, flowering trees, and manicured lawns—that you’ll never have to mow or maintain!
Our villa residences are for people 55+ and all the other residences are for 62+.

Blue Hill
Blue Hill features your choice of semi-detached villas, apartment-style residences, or apartment-style rentals. The Blue Hill campus includes the amenities of Caroline’s Hair & Nail Salon, wellness studio, and mind/body studio—enabling you to truly be your best self!
Any day of the week you can find programming events happening in the activity room, and any night of the week you can enjoy dinner in the Gordon dining room or cocktails in the lounge which is open Wednesday – Saturday . From billiards to horseshoes, not to mention our community garden and greenhouse, Blue Hill is bustling with different things to do and enjoy.
Brush Hill
Brush Hill features apartment-style homes with a variety of single-level floor plans from one bedroom to two bedrooms and a den. The Brush Hill campus includes the fitness center, complete with a yoga studio and beautiful, indoor heated pool. You’ll also enjoy relaxing in the cozy, common living room, playing cards in our game room, meeting up with friends at the café for lunch or trying your hand at woodworking.
From live musical entertainment to engaging lectures, a variety of monthly experiences are hosted in the Brush Hill function room. Follow the walking path over to Blue Hill, and you’ll pass by our popular tennis and pickleball courts, putting green, bocce court, and lovely community garden.
